Not Fancy, Just Fun!Driver Expenses
Every bus needs a driver. You pay the driver $20 an hour plus tip paid directly to the driver at pick up. Time starts when the driver picks up the bus from our lot in Indianapolis IN and ends when the bus is returned, fully fueled and cleaned.
Fuel Expenses
We will preauthorize fuel charges before your event: $100 for in-town or $200 for out-of-town trips. The week after your event, the actual fuel cost will be charged and should be less than the preauthorization. Our party buses average about 4-8 miles a gallon, so most local runs are about $40-$80.
Party Bus Rental Example
31 people pick up in Broad Ripple going to bars downtown and/or a concert. It is a 7-hour-long event, or what we consider an entire “day.” For events lasting longer than 7 hours, our rates may change.
They rent the Party Train for $750 (paid to Broad Ripple Party Bus).
They pay a $140 driver fee for 7 hours, $80 in fuel, and a tip (paid to the driver at pickup).
$970 Total / 31 people = LESS THAN $33 per person for 7 hours!
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a preferred bus and date. Payment in full for bus is due the week before your event and is non-refundable.
